About the role
Support data center operations including server installation, cabling, hardware diagnostics, and incident response.
Key responsibilities
- Install, rack, stack, and cable servers, storage, and network equipment.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, component replacement, and firmware updates.
- Monitor environmental and power systems and respond to alerts.
- Maintain accurate asset and cabling documentation.
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams on break-fix and maintenance windows.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on data center or IT infrastructure experience.
- Familiarity with server hardware, cabling standards, and DCIM tools.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in controlled environments.
- Strong documentation and ticket-management habits.
