Keep production systems healthy and efficient through monitoring, automation, and operational process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor production systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Automate operational tasks using scripts and configuration management tools.
- Maintain runbooks, change-management records, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with development and platform teams on reliability improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations and post-incident reviews.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or SRE.
- Strong Linux and Windows administration skills.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools.
- Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
