Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers, architects, and analysts across concurrent client engagements.
- Own technical delivery quality, code review practices, and release readiness.
- Partner with delivery managers on staffing, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Guide solution architecture decisions and technology stack selections.
- Coach team members and support their career growth.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Strong background in cloud, data, or enterprise application development.
- Proven people-management and performance-coaching experience.
- Comfortable presenting technical solutions to client stakeholders.
